Streaks

Streaks reward you for showing up consistently. Your streak counts how many consecutive scheduled workout days you have completed in a row. The longer your streak, the more XP bonuses you earn and the more badges you unlock.

How streaks work

Your streak is based on scheduled workouts — the workouts your coach has planned for you. Here is the key rule:

Rest days do not break your streak. Only a missed scheduled workout breaks it.

This means if your coach schedules workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and you complete all three, your streak increases by three that week — even though you had rest days on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

What counts as completing a workout

A workout counts as completed when you finish it and submit your workout log. You do not need to hit every set perfectly — just complete the workout and log your results.

What breaks a streak

Your streak breaks when you have a scheduled workout that you do not complete. If your coach planned a workout for Wednesday and Wednesday passes without you logging it, the streak resets to zero.

Today’s workout

If you have a workout scheduled for today but have not done it yet, your streak is not broken. Level gives you the benefit of the day — your streak only breaks once the day passes without completion. So if you see a workout on your schedule for today, you still have time.

Streak information

You can see your streak information on your dashboard and in your settings page. Level tracks two numbers:

  • Current streak — How many consecutive scheduled workout days you have completed, counting backward from your most recent completed workout
  • Longest streak — The highest streak you have ever achieved. This number never goes down, even if your current streak resets

Streak milestones and XP

Hitting streak milestones earns you bonus XP on top of the regular workout completion XP:

These milestone bonuses are awarded once. If your streak resets and you build it back up to 7 days again, you will not receive the 7-day bonus a second time.

When you hit a streak milestone, you will see a confetti celebration and a notification announcing your new badge.

Tips for keeping your streak alive

  • Follow your schedule. Your coach designs your workout schedule around what works for you. Sticking to the plan is the simplest way to build a streak.
  • Do not skip scheduled days. If you are tired or short on time, it is better to do a lighter version of the workout than to skip it entirely. Talk to your coach — it can adjust the workout for you.
  • Check your dashboard. Your current streak is visible on the home screen, so you always know where you stand.
  • Remember: rest days are free. You do not need to work out every single day. Your streak only counts scheduled workout days, so take your rest days without worry.
