Progress & Levels

Level is designed to reward consistency. Every workout you complete, every food entry you log, and every streak milestone you hit earns you XP (experience points). As your XP grows, you level up — and your entire app transforms to reflect how far you have come.

The big picture

Your progress in Level is tracked in three ways:

  1. Visual progress — Progress photos let you see your body change over weeks and months. The comparison view puts two check-ins side by side so you can see differences you might not notice day to day.

  2. Consistency progress — Streaks reward you for showing up. Your streak counts consecutive workout days and keeps going as long as you complete your scheduled training. Rest days never break your streak.

  3. XP and leveling — Everything you do earns XP. Hit enough XP and you level up, unlocking a new color theme for your entire app. There are three tiers: Emerald (Foundation), Amber (Ascend), and Red (Summit).

  4. Badges — Nine achievement badges mark key milestones in your fitness journey, from your very first workout to a 100-day streak.

Your coach also uses your progress data — photos, streaks, workout history, and nutrition logs — to make smarter decisions about your training plan. The more you track, the better your coach can help you.
