Nutrition

Nutrition tracking in Level works hand in hand with your training. Your coach sets personalized calorie and macro targets based on your goals, and the nutrition page gives you a clear picture of how you are doing each day.

You do not need to be a nutrition expert to use it. Level tracks four things for you: calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. Your coach handles the math — you just log what you eat.

Here is what the Nutrition section covers:

Your nutrition dashboard

When you open the Nutrition page, you will see two things:

  1. The calorie ring — A circular progress indicator showing how many calories you have eaten today vs your target. The number in the center is your current total.
  2. Macro progress bars — Four horizontal bars (one each for protein, carbs, fat, and fiber) showing your current intake vs your daily target. Each bar shows how many grams you have left.

Below the progress section is your food log for the day — a list of everything you have logged, with calories and a quick macro breakdown (P/C/F) for each entry. Tap any entry to edit it or change the quantity.

You can navigate between days using the arrow buttons at the top of the page, or tap the date to open a calendar picker.

Where do nutrition targets come from?

Your coach sets your nutrition targets when it creates your training phase. Targets are calculated based on your body weight, goals (fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain), and activity level. You do not need to set these yourself — your coach does it automatically.

If you want to change your targets, just ask your coach. Say something like “I want to cut calories” or “Can you increase my protein?” and your coach will update your nutrition plan.

Your nutrition targets also appear on your main dashboard in a compact view, so you can check your progress without leaving the home screen.
